2. Estimates & Authorization
Any estimates provided—whether online, by phone, or in person—are non-binding and subject to change upon inspection, diagnosis, or discovery of additional issues.
By authorizing repairs, towing, diagnostics, or inspections, you authorize Delta Fleet Service to perform the requested Services and agree to pay all associated charges, including parts, labor, towing, storage, and applicable fees.
3. Emergency & Roadside Services
Emergency roadside assistance and towing services are performed based on conditions at the scene, vehicle accessibility, safety considerations, and equipment availability. Delta Fleet Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or beyond reasonable operational capability.
Response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Fleet Accounts & Scheduled Services

Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved business accounts. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
Vehicles may be subject to storage fees if not retrieved within a reasonable time after service completion or notification.
